1. How do I upload my photos?

When you choose your magnet set, you’ll see an upload button on the product page. Simply select your favourite photo(s) in JPG or PNG format. Make sure your images are clear and high-quality for the best result.

2. What size are the magnets?

Each magnet measures 53mm x 78mm (about the size of a standard business card). Perfect for your fridge, office, or gifting.

3. Can I use any photo?

Yes, but please ensure the photo is your own or that you have permission to use it. We do not print copyrighted or offensive images. We also recommend bright, well-lit images for the best quality magnets.

4. Can I preview what my magnet will look like?

Currently, we do not offer live previews, but rest assured—we centre your photo beautifully and ensure it looks great before printing. If there’s an issue with your image, we’ll contact you.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing time: 1–3 business days.

Shipping: Australia: 2–6 business days

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

6. Do you accept returns or refunds?

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if your magnets arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we’ll happily send a replacement.

7. Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes! If you’re interested in larger quantities or custom branding, please email us at madeintomagnets@gmail.com for a custom quote.

8. Can I ship a gift directly to someone else?

Absolutely! Just enter their address at checkout. You can also add a note at checkout if you’d like us to include a gift message.
